Restaurace Amade se nachází v nádherných prostorách Pachtova paláce v samém srdci Prahy. Původně toto barokní sídlo patřilo šlechtické rodině Pachtů z Rájova. Při svých pobytech ve městě zde pobýval Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, po kterém je restaurace pojmenována. Mozartovi přátelé jej neformálně oslovovali „Amade".
Amade restaurant je zaměřena na high cuisine, kde můžete větší část jídelního lístku ochutnat formou speciálních small portion. Zárukou nejvyšší kvality vybraných pokrmů je duo zkušených šéfkuchařů Radek Šubrt – Radomír Benetka. Právě oni díky svým bohatým zkušenostem vtiskli restauraci jedinečný a neotřelý styl, kterým se Amade etablovala mezi nejvyhlášenějšími pražskými restauracemi.
The Amade Restaurant is located in magnificent rooms of the Pachta's Palace in the very heart of Prague. The baroque palace originally belonged to the noble line of the Pachta's family from Rájov. Restaurant was named after world's famous musician and composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart who stayed in this house during his visits of Prague. Mozart's friends called him informally "Amade" and that was the inspiration for the actual name of the restaurant.
The Amade Restaurant is focused on high cuisine, where you can taste most of the menu in the form of special small portions.
